Privacy notice — prototype environment

OncoSyntra currently presents synthetic patient data. The public professional-observation form stores the name, profession, and note that a user chooses to submit. These observations may be displayed on the public prototype page.

Do not submit protected health information, passwords, private keys, or confidential patient information through the professional-observation form.

Clinical data

Real clinical deployment requires separate institutional privacy, security, legal-basis/consent, retention, and access-control policies. The public prototype is not authorized for clinical PHI.
